Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13, 1962. In 1983, after her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames 1982 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a part of this group. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy was born in the US and is both an actress as well as an writer. In the early 80s, she began her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. The film was starring Rick Rosenthal as well as Sean Penn, Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her successful debut on screen that she appeared in, the actress acted on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club is considered as one of most memorable films of high school cinema. While the budget for the film was only $1 million it made more than $50 million in profits. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her debut on television. The show was for teens and first aired in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other television shows in which she was a part of. A few of her most recent appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse which is a movie about a superhero in which she plays a cameo. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her exceptional performances, including the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
